The condo was furnished and equipped to be my own home, which it was for a year, and I have attempted to provide everything that makes it easily possible to walk in the door with a suitcase and begin living in Boulder. I have traveled extensively myself, and I have spent years in guest accommodations of all types, so I make a real effort to ensure that all of your needs are in fact met here. It has been lovingly maintained, and it is important to me personally to guarantee that it is exceptionally clean and "guest-ready" before it is made available. I believe you will both notice and appreciate the attentiveness.
